RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1 OF 1 PIECES — FINAL SALE Pieces marked as "1 of 1" are unique, hand-painted works of art. All sales on 1 of 1 pieces are final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

STANDARD PIECES — 14-DAY RETURN POLICY For all other pieces, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at lamaisonart@outlook.com. Returns must be sent to: 155 Rue Jean-Gareau, Boucherville, QC, J4B 4N1, CA. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

EXCHANGES The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. This does not apply to 1 of 1 pieces.

REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at lamaisonart@outlook.com.
