SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING — CANADA Standard shipping: 5–7 business days Express shipping: 2–3 business days Free standard shipping on orders over $300 CAD.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES LAMAISON ART is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier and reach out to us at lamaisonart@outlook.com.
